Title: Bliss The Phase Jumper

Summary: Bliss Ballard is a young Phase Jumper who was raised in one of the seven kingdoms of The Shift. From birth (a basket baby) she was told she never learn to harness magic. Now, nineteen years later and the new apprentice to the conspiracy-nut Wizard of SkyeHights. As a Phase Jumper (One who can Jump through space and land somewhere else in seconds) Master Ballard uses her as a delivery girl teaching spells on the side.
I posted part of chapter one for its ten pages long, but this is only five. She learns the basics of her delivery, partnering up with a Dympher.
